Name Stamp Maker lets users create personal name stamps, Japanese-style personal seals, initials stamps, and signature-style PNG images for personal, casual, and document decoration use.
3. No official legal signature service
The app does not provide official legal signatures, identity verification, electronic certificates, notarization, or legal authentication. You are responsible for confirming whether a stamp image is accepted by the document recipient.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the text, names, images, and files you create, save, export, share, or apply using the app. Do not use the app to impersonate another person or organization.
5. Prohibited use
- Creating or using a stamp to impersonate another person or organization.
- Using the app for fraud, forgery, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- Infringing another person's rights, privacy, reputation, or intellectual property.
- Reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, or interfering with the app.
6. In-app purchases
Paid features, if offered, are provided through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchases, refunds, and purchase history are handled according to Apple's terms and App Store rules.

The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that created stamps will be accepted by any institution, service, document recipient, government office, financial institution, or legal process.
